Follow Installation instructions and you are done. Navigate back and run the EU2.13.40X_updater.
Contents/Ressources/ and delete the Info.datx file
Click on the EU2.13.40X_updater and pick: ‘ Show Package Contents‘. Copy whole content from mounted EU2.13.40 to the new Folder you just made.
